Doniford Farm Park and Forest of Dean

It was a busy few days photography from 14-16th July.  On Sunday the Taunton Camera Club event to Doniford Farm Park took place.  Glenys, Pauline and I went to the station to see a few members off and then went on to Doniford to greet them on their arrival.  A pleasant hour or two snapping then we left to meander home.

On Monday, Glenys, Susan, Pauline and I made our way to the Forest of Dean to see the sculpture trail.  Weather was not with us but it dried up a little in the afternoon.  Will be back to find the sculptures we missed.

Venice in England

The Southern region of the Royal Photographic Society organised a wonderful event at Lacock Abbey on the weekend of 14 and 15th July.  I went on Saturday 14th.  We were able to shoot 6 models in 12 costumes from the Venice carnival.  I took about 800 and have reduced them to these for the blog.

This young cat wanted to get in on the act

Despite being chased away s/he kept coming back
