Alpine Bridge in Champagny 2010

Another good week with Alpine Bridge. Four sunny days with a snowfall in the middle. Unfortunately, I caught one of the three virus going around the group so had to take it easy.










I have looked in the bird books but unable to id this bird. Hurray, thank you Steven - it is an Alpine accentor.




This is little Alpine mammal (a vole?) decided to run across the piste. I thought it was a stone until it moved. Bob very kindly picked it up and put it off piste where it burrowed into the deep snow.




Managed to get a cat to pose for me!
