New Year's Day on the Quantocks
My sister Ady, my friend Susan and I joined Yvette Staelens on a singing walk from Triscombe stone to Hurley Beacon. We sang at places on route and stopped off at a tree to tie on ribbons and wishes. A great afternoon was had by all.

Someone mentioned a tradition of walking around the stone 3 times, then spitting on it and making a wish! |
