Venice with the Voice of People choir - after the concert
We left at 6 am the next morning in order for those not staying on in
Venice to have some time to see the city. It was pouring with rain but
stopped by the time we arrived so had time for a short walk.
Arrived at the hostel a little later than planned and dashed off again to see Venice.
The next day took a vaparetto to the other side of the island and then another to Burano and Torcello.
On our last day we packed in more cultural delights but still lots left to do.
Back to the hostel for 5 pm, collected our luggage then off to Marco Polo airport for our flight to Gatwick. Ian picked us up in his minibus and brought us back to Bridgewater and Taunton.

| Yvette met a choir from Taunton School who were singing in the cathedral that evening. Unfortunately we were not able to join them but we sang Se Hamba with them. |
