Voice of the People choir trip to Tintagel Cornwall
A trip to Cornwall to sing at Tintagel Methodist Chapel with the Port Isaac Gulls. Drove down on the Friday with Pam and Jo stopping off at South Molton for coffee and Bude for knitting wool. Checked into the Camelot Castle - lots of bling with beautiful views. Had a tour around Port Isaac in the evening and then dinner with the Gulls.
Saturday was free until rehearsal at 2 pm in the Chapel. Coffee at King Arthur's cafe in Tintagel and visited the Old Post Office. A long rehearsal, late lunch then back to the room to get ready for the evening concert.
On Sunday I popped into the King Arthur Halls to see the stained glass windows. Then off to Boscastle where the choir gave a 'flashmob' concert at the harbour. Then homeward bound.
Had Monday back at home then off to Croatia on Tuesday. Will do that post in next few days.
